Les Amours gather poems dedicated to love, mainly inspired by Cassandre Salviati and then Marie Dupin. The poet celebrates feminine beauty, romantic passion, and the torments of desire. Le Livret de Folastries presents another facet of Ronsard, more free, light, and satirical.
