Frontispiece in heliogravure by Dujardin. Illustrated edition with 20 black vignettes by Joseph Lindebluest (pseudonym of Alfred Touchemolin). This work includes a collection of 10 tales written in Alsatian accompanied by 20 small engravings at the beginning and end of each story. Jules Froelich (1851-1934), was an author of tales in Alsatian dialect, translations, and works on Alsace who settled in Nancy after 1870.
