It appears in the section dedicated to insects in the chapter "Natural History" Very good condition, hand coloring. Jacques Renaud Benard (1731-1794) is a French engraver, primarily renowned for having provided a significant number of plates for the Encyclopédie of Diderot and d'Alembert, starting from the fourth volume in 1754.
